Details of Defect
Certain units of the abovementioned product have been found to exhibit excess adhesive and/or shaft damage on the right and left elbows.
It has been confirmed that this defect only occurs in selected units, and does not affect all units.

Support Provided
Customers with defective units who wish to apply for a replacement will be sent required replacement parts. If you would like to apply for replacement parts, please contact our customer support team with a photo of your defective product.

Inquiries will be responded to in order and additional replacement parts will be manufactured if stock runs out. We ask for your patience while additional replacement parts are being manufactured and delivered.

③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu
